Are you in search of the perfect, 20-minute meal for quick lunches or dinners? Search no more! I have the perfect, low carb, delicious meal that will add some family fun to your lunch or dinner time! Don't worry, dear reader, there's no cauliflower crust in this low carb recipe!
A good friend recently introduced our family to a version of low carb thin crust pizza and let me tell you, it is a game changer. This is a meal that the whole family can enjoy; from the prep to picking out your own toppings, the kids will love becoming little chefs in the kitchen. And thankfully for moms and dads, prep-time and clean up is a breeze!
What you'll need:
Large flour tortilla (If gluten free, use corn)
Your choice of pizza sauce from the grocery store ( Many stores make their own pizza sauce. You can also find canned or bottled in the pasta aisle)
Pick your toppings!
Preheat oven to 350. On a large, non-greased baking sheet place 1-2 tortillas side by side. Place desired amount of pizza sauce, (1- 2 tablespoons should be enough ) and with spoon, gently spread sauce to the edges of tortillas. Cover sauce with cheese and your choice of toppings! Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edged are golden brown. Enjoy!
These crispy, cheesy pizzas are quick to make and will have you family wanting more! Plus they are much cheaper than ordering from your local pizzeria.
I hope you enjoy this recipe!
